BeautyUK 3D FX mascara

Ugly eye alert!

Price: £3.99

I'm really disappointed with this mascara. The formula is so dry. So dry that it looks like the mascara has been open for two months. You can see how dry the formula is in the second photo. Because of this, little product is transferred to my lashes and all it does is give them a black tint. It doesn't lengthen or give my lashes volume.

BeautyUK lipstick in Passion

Price: £3.49

Passion is a bright, raspberry pink. This lipstick is extremely pigmented! So pigmented that you only need one swipe to get full coverage. It is also really creamy and glides on well. I'm not sure on the staying power but after wiping it off of my hand, a stain was left. The price is very affordable too!
Another shade that is catching my eye is Vampire, a gorgeous deep red.

Playing around

Last night I was incredibly bored so what better way to kill some time than to paint your face with pretty colours?

What I used:
  • Beauty UK eyeshadow palette number 2. I used the green across the lid and the light pearly blue in the inner corner.
  • Barry M Dazzle Dust in Teal for the outer edge and lower lash line.
  • Old eye-shadow as a highlighter (Very useful for you I know :P)
  • NYC Liquid Liner in Black.
  • Natural Collection's Lash Length Mascara in Black.
I know it's not very good but I was just playing around. I also don't like to create make-up looks because for them to look good, you need a 'good shaped/normal' face; as you can see, I have hugeee cheeks haha

I can see a rainbow...

I barely wear eyeshadow & when I do its normally just a wash of a neutral colour, so my BeautyUK palette rarely gets used due to the insane bright colours ( A few rainbow looks but thats about it ).
But lately I have been using bright eyeshadow on my lower lash line to give a look a pop of colour and I've been running to this ( not literally, I would just look like a silly moo! ). I wear the blues a lot of the time because they make my brown eyes look amazing.
Here is the little bundle of joy:
This is the number 2 palette which obviously is the bright coloured one. I think there are three more as well. These gorgeous palettes can be found in Superdrug and are only £3.49!
Now some people would think 'Beauty UK, £3.49? Mustn't be very good' & they would be completely wrong. These palettes are highly pigmented & a must have, simply because they're cheap, good quality & if you buy all the palettes, you would be set on the colours you need.
