Primark Winter Haul and more

Primark - Socks - £4, £2.50 and £2.50

I love Primark's socks and pyjamas in the Winter! The ones above look and feel so cosy.

Primark - Bird print pyjama bottoms and owl gloves - £5 and £4

Another pair of cute pyjama bottoms to add to my collection :) The owl gloves are also adorable!

Primark - Tights and hair turban - £2.50 each and £1.50

I love Primark's thick tights. These ones are lovely because they don't go 'bobbly' and stay opaque, even when stretched over your legs. The hair turban was an impulse buy. Towels can be too heavy on my head, so this should be perfect :)

I also bought a coat for £26. In store, I thought it was a dark green, but when I arrived home, I realised that it was actually black, so I've given it to my sister. My hunt for a coat continues!

New Look - High waisted super soft skinny jeans and plimsolls - £22.99 and £6.99

Both of these are repurchases. I've been wearing the jeans a lot, so thought I'd buy another pair. I had never worn super soft jeans before these because I thought they'd easily lose their shape, but they haven't and I really, really like them.

Superdrug - TRESemme shampoo 900ml bottles and long beaded necklace - 2 for £6.99 and £2.99 (Originally £6.99)

I'm running low on TRESemme shampoo, so stocked up while they're on offer. They're usually £4.99 and £5.49 each, so that's quite a saving! It's even better when they're half price, but I couldn't wait until then. The necklace is really pretty and was a good price. I'll probably wear it with a plain white top.

Poundland - Chocolate cream wafers - £1 each
Wilkinson - Flower cookie cutters and scented ornament - £1.50 and £1

I loveeeee these chocolate cream wafers and always buy some when in town. I can't wait to bake and use the cookie cutters. The scented ornament is cute and looks pretty hanging on my chest of drawers.

Purchases and Presents

Hello there!
I'll start with the items I purchased in the sales. I only bought from two stores because nothing else caught my eye!

Lush:
The prices mentioned are what I paid after the 50% discount (The Comforter bubble bar is the only thing that wasn't in the Christmas sale). Snow Globe soap chunks £1.25, £1.25 and £2.20, Candy Cane soap chunk £1.38, Angels Delight soap chunk £4.70, So White bath ballistic 95p, Cinders bath ballistic 98p, The Comforter bubble bar £3.99.
As you can see, I love the scent of Snow Globe! I also bought a huge chunk of Angels Delight, which should last me a while.

M&S:
Mugs £3 each
I couldn't help it! I love mugs.

Now, these next items were purchased before Christmas :)

Primark:
T-shirts £6 each

Dressing gown £9.90

2 pack of gloves £1.50, scarf £2.90

I also picked up some bras and grey pumps from Primark, but they're not worth showing!

Wilkinsons:
900ml bottles of TRESemme £1.98 each! Bargain!

I also thought I would include my Christmas presents in this post because they really don't need a post of their own!
The owl cushion was from my sister, the Impulse set was from my auntie and the Misfits box set was from my parents, along with the double bed they bought me last month and the Primark items seen above.
I was only meant to be getting a bed from my parents, so the Misfits box set was a bonus. My dad also let me choose what I wanted from Primark, which was fun :)

"Iz you taking a photo?"

They see me haulin

They hatin, patrolling, they tryin to catch me spendin dirty.
Yes, I did just quote and tweak the lyrics of that song (and I may have sang my version over five times).
Now that I've completed my assignments, I have some time to blog! I have a few posts coming up, but first, I wanted to show you what I've been buying over the past few weeks.

LUSH:

Sweet Soap of Mine stack £5.25, Snow Globe soap £2.50 per 100g, Porridge soap £2.95 per 100g, Australian Igloo sugar scrub £2.75, Avobath bath bomb £2.99.
Some of these are gifts from people and some are my own purchases. Snow Globe smells SO good! It's fresh, citrusy and sheberty smelling. I rarely have baths, but I repurchased Avobath because it's amazing. It smells delicious (just like Snow Globe because they both have lemongrass in) and it leaves your bath a beautiful lime green colour.

Superdrug:

Maybelline One by One mascara £8.49, MUA clear mascara £1, Accessorize blush in Sensational £5, Biore nose strips £4.06 (half price), Impulse body sprays 95p each (half price).
The Maybelline mascara is a repurchase because I loveee it. I bought another Accessorize blush because I use my current ones everyday. Sensational is a warm pink and really brightens up your complexion.

Blog Sale:
Sleek Pout Paints in Rosette, Milkshake and Minx £1.50 each.
I bought these from Siobhan just because they were a bargain! They're easy to use and I just dab them on with my finger to create a stain.

ASDA:
TRESemme: Salon Silk shampoo and conditioner, Restructuring Deep Conditioning Treatment Masque 3 for £10.
I really like TRESemme products. They're one of the few brands that work well with my hair. The conditioning treatment smells of mayonnaise, but thankfully, it doesn't leave your hair smelling like it!

Amazon:
My Blue Nose Friends: Needles the Woolly Mammoth, Quiver the Emperor Penguin RRP £5 each.
I had an Amazon voucher so actually paid nothing for these! I now have nine of the little cuties.

H&M:
Bambi make-up bag £2.99.
How adorable is this?!

Wilkinsons:
Apple ceramic pot £2.50.
I couldn't resist! I have a thing for apple shaped items at the moment.

Primark:
Footlets £1.50, Seamless Footies £1, Vanilla Snow candle £1.

New Look:

Socks £3.58 for all three pairs (originally £1.99 each), dolly shoes £9.35 (originally £12.99).
New Look had 3 for 2 on their socks and free delivery, as well as the usual 10% off for students. They're so cute! I bought the hamster ones because I always joke that I look like a hamster (because of my fat cheeks).  I then placed a second order because New Look had 20% off and free delivery again. I had a sudden urge to buy some red dolly shoes and I don't regret it because they'll add some colour into my boring outfits.

Tesco:
Boots £12.50.
These are a complete bargain! I find it hard to find boots I like because I only like a particular style; suede looking, slouchy ankle boots. I only like a certain type of brown shade too. I don't like bright, chestnut brown and prefer them to be quite dark, like the boots above.

ASOS:

Cath Kidston: Oil Cloth Book Bag £11.50 (originally £18), Cotton Book Bag £10 (originally £16), Zip Top Purse £3.50 (originally £6).
A few weeks ago, ASOS had a sale on their bags and because I'd been looking for shopper bags for University, I placed two in my virtual basket. I've been using the first one because I absolutely love the print and it is waterproof, so is handy for the horrible weather we've been having! The purse was for my sister. We were expecting it to be purse sized because 1. It's called a purse and 2. The website makes it look really small. However, when it arrived, it was the size of a make-up bag! I'm not too bothered though because I can use it for something else or give it to someone as a gift.

Shop!

I only bought my sister's birthday present and a few essentials but I thought I'd show you anyway. I personally find it quite useful when people show what essentials they've bought.

Boots:
17 blush in First Flush - £3.49
17 blush in China Pink - £3.49
Natural Collection WaterGuard mascara - 3 for £5
Natural Collection LashLength mascara - 3 for £5
Natural Collection LashCurl mascara - 3 for £5
Collection 2000 Lasting Perfection foundation in Ivory - £5.99
17 Nail Bar in a Bag - Free when you purchase 2 or more 17 products

My sister's make up 'collection' consists of a foundation (Collection 2000), a very well used blush, a scratchy blush brush, a dried up mascara and a few lip balms. It saddens me when I look at the state of it! That is why I've bought her a load of make up for her birthday.

Wilkinsons and Poundland:
Wikinsons - Dove deodorant stick - £1.94
Wilkinsons - Germolene - £1.24
Poundland - Eucryl teeth whitening powder - £1
Poundland - Airwick squidgy air freshener thing in Country Berries - £1
Poundland - Dog rope toy - £1

I'm looking forward to using the teeth whitening powder; I'll let you know how it goes!
The air freshener smells so good!
And of course, I had to get Jessie another toy :)

Updated Nail Polish Collection

Yesterday I sorted out my nail polish collection and ended up giving my sister 23 polishes, with me keeping 18.
The ones I gave away were mostly shimmers which is what I used to always love and buy but I'm not too keen on them now.
My collection mostly consists of pinks, which is a great excuse to buy a few more other colours ;)
I haven't got a beige, peach, lilac, purple, mint green (any shade of green actually), red, navy blue.. it's crazy isn't it!

The pretty nail file is from The Body Shop £1.50 :) Oh and the storage basket is from Wilkinsons which was under 50p.

Toodles,
xo

Accessorize has a sale on! Good thing- Cheaper prices (You can then buy more stuff :P), Bad thing- Women. That sounds sexist to my own sex haha but you understand right? Aha anyway, I needed a new school bag so I got this hugeeeeee one! It also has a zip and compartments inside. This originally was £22 but was in the sale for £11!

16th & 17th October - Sorority Row, Belly Piercings, Jeans...

What a weekend! Friday we went to Pizza Hut & Cinema for our friends 17th. Pizza Hut was awesome, not to mention delicious! We then went to see Sorority Row. I love horror films so really enjoyed this. The most jumpy film I can remember ever watching - I wouldn't put my feet on the ground and screamed about ten times. I think whoever watches the cinema cameras will piss themselves laughing. Great film but I wish the ending was better. We then missed the last bus, walked ages to find a taxi. One taxi driver wanted us to pay £20! We then told this other taxi driver how much they wanted and he said he charges £11, so we chose him to take us home. But before we went home, our taxi driver got out and started having a go at the other one and saying 'You ******* foreigners! Go back to your own country. ******* £20...' Etc etc... Ha, so yeah, eventful night.

The next day me and two friends went in town. They both got their belly buttons pierced! I had to keep telling them it was alright and is over within a few seconds. I went in with one to see how they did it because when I got mine done, I was too scared to look (2 1/2 years ago). It wasn't bad at all! I can get squeamish about things but this was fine and it literally took a few seconds and we were out.

Next I bought a few pairs of jeans in Primark. A guy who I know served me so I'm glad I wasn't buying underwear, it would have been a little awkward. Both these pairs were £8:

This pair is really tight! Took me half an hour to do them up! These must be a verrryyyy small size 8. Even though they're tight, I still love them, but the next pair I get will have to be a size 10. These are called Light Wash Skinny Jeans if you're interested.

I also got some dark skinny jeans. These are not as tight and fit perfectly even though these are also a size 8.

I then bought a few folders (4 to be exact :P) from Wilkinsons for school. The spotty ones were 95p each and the pink ones were 75p each.

Hope you enjoyed :)
